Pump market to reach US$45bn by 2017
The world market for pumps used by industry, municipalities and for irrigation will be worth US$45 billion in 2017, up US$7 billion on current annual sales.
Xylem engineer honoured for HI contribution
Xylem engineer Stefan Abelin has been honoured by the Hydraulic Institute for his contribution to the creation of a new ANSI/Hydraulic Institute (HI) standard for the factory testing of pumps and an improvement of an existing standard for submersible pumps.
